    cons yes its undoubtedly overpriced some area around the subdivision was infested by squatters flooding? no idea yet. limited only for 3 or 4 unit designs/houses pros absolutely not overcrowded 24 fresh air community (at hindi maiinit maxado unlike s iba) peaceful community

    Oh I love this place, the place is clean. Polite staff, affordable price. Good for travelers who needs to refreshen and have some rest. Highly recommended for backpackers.
