Attention Mrs. De Leon of grade 4 section Mt. Mayon and to the principal of Marcelo H. Del Pilar Elementary School this what they called honorary and leadership of education, by not joining the girls scout, field trip, extra curricular activities those who are not competitive in academic become top honorable, hope education system will change to elevate quality students. So that deserving students will be encourage and be selected. Those who are losers in academic competition outside the school are those who are they called the first honorable student. Hahaha this is Marcelo H. Del Pilar guidelines in education.
