The official name of Sunken Garden which is not known to many is Gen. Antonio Luna Parade Grounds. This field belongs to UP ROTC way back when UP moved in Diliman back in 1949. Since the field has not been used for training and parade purposes for the past 3 years, many clubs like football and frisbee play here regularly.

It is also known as the Carabao Horn. Trivia: once you are under its sheds, no matter what tim eof the day is, you won't be exposed to the sun's rays.. That explains its weird design.. Similar to a Carabao Horn...

To avoid further misrepresentations, I suggest you research more on what that building really is. First, it isn't residential. It's an office Building. The real description would be: -Irrigation and Engineering Center Bldg. The fifth floor is a Multi-Purpose hall. As far as I know, the people worshipping every Sunday are only renting it.
