This building had seen better times. This used to be owned by a Chinese businessman, who turned it into a neighborhood store. After seveal years, it was put up for rent and was transformed into a cafeteria specializing on Kapampangan delicacies and catering to the needs of a nearby school and offices. When the cafeteria ceased operations, it was again put up for rent and was then turned into a store selling a variety of paint brands with an adjacent water refilling station.
