Hotel Mokko, I should have checked another place before I checked in. The hotel don't have ads. that you could compare what the hotel could offer for your comfy stay. The rate is too much for a small size room, the TV is though old, it does not work, the bathroom is not sparkling clean, that is the wall is covered with mildew, Do not walk barefoot inside the room and walk inside the bathroom or will end up with muddy bathroom floor. If you wish to step out to buy something, you will be held by the front desk clerk, and while you were standing by the front desk ,and for not too clear reason a boy will check your room. Why? The room is still paid till you checked out. Embarrassing. Please a word of advice, if you would like to attract house guest at least make an effort to make them comfortable and please work on your housekeeping, also trust your guests.

worst hospital I've ever encountered..! everything you ask for,you shall pay.. some staff and personnel are kind and approachable, some are not.. they even discriminate you if you don't have much money.. :( I was so shocked when I saw the total amount that we had to pay... we didn't ask for an expensive doctor.. we ask for charity but they refused so they transferred us to private.. they knew that we're not rich.. we thought that by bringing our patient there, would be a safer and nicest place for them, but not to become the worst hospital ever! thumbs down for the room accommodation, thumbs down for the cruel personnel and thumbs down for the expensive doctor's fee.. :/ :(

Very inconsiderate staff. Went there to get the baptismal certificate of my son, and was advised to just come back because I was the third in line requesting for the document. Disappointing of her, the secretary, to advise me to just come back when there are only three of us in line for the request of certificates. Not thinking of the time and transportation expenses.

The salary in this institution is late and the management is so unparallel. I hate this hospital so much, and worst of all it humiliates its own people esp. The marketing dept.
